This Practice Note tries to address current ethical and practical issues. Some aspects are quite detailed, and some quite complex!
The Working Group would welcome your comments.
What tricky issues do you most often face when doing a study or preparing a report? And how do you solve them?
For example, the Practice Note tackles the tricky issue of a client wanting to change a consultant's report - have a look at Section 5. has this ever been an issue for you?

A tricky issue is often scoping the project - some limitations may be apparent to the practitioner right from the beginning and others not till later. It is often hard to re-scope adequately if the client is bent on a particular outcome. Working with limitations to still achieve a worthwhile result for the client, and an ethically sound one for the practitioner is hard sometimes. I would be interested in how others deal with this.
